PLEASE NOTE - All applicants must have a "Clear Credential" to be considered for Epic Charters School employment.

Our goal is to allow our students to be all that they can be while bringing teachers and families together educationally to realize each student’s individual potential. Part of our uniqueness is that we are not a standard brick-and-mortar school - we work within a virtual environment. So if you have a working knowledge of computer technology, online education, and know how to provide exceptional customer service - we invite you to share in this vision and be a part of our innovative program!

We are a unique learning environment that provides a non-traditional educational setting utilizing Internet-based, individualized self-paced instruction provided in nearly any location in California. Epic Teachers are remotely based and travel to the student’s home or other designated location to work with each student and meet with parents on a regular basis throughout the year. And each of our students is assigned only one teacher for a personalized, one-on-one approach to learning.

Because we are a virtual school, Epic Teachers must be self-starters with the ability to work independently. They must be able to create a flexible teaching program and environment favorable to individual student’s learning and personal growth. We employ teachers that can easily establish effective rapport with students and their families, motivating students to develop, in accordance with each student’s ability, the skills, attitudes and knowledge needed for a good foundation for further success within the Epic Charter School program.
